First American Specialty Insurance Company and First American Property & Casualty Insurance company is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative that can service up to 75 to 100 calls a day. . Assist internal and external customers with requests and inquiries, resolving 1st and 2nd tier customer service calls. . Completes and processes orders. . Verifies contact information. . Tracks orders as necessary for customers, runs various reports as requested. . Maintains accounting of all orders in order to comply with customer delivery expectations. . Records consistent problems areas. Job Qualifications . An active Property/Fire & Casualty license is Required*. . Minimum of 2 years customer service experience specializing with Personal Lines Insurance, preferably in call center environment. . Bilingual Spanish is preferred . Requires knowledge of the organization, products and/or services. . Basic MS Office skills. . 50 words per minute required. . Good verbal and written skills. . Strong interpersonal skills. . Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands. * This shift will INCLUDE Saturday as a regular work day, with ONE day off during the week (either Tue, Wed, Thu). . Basic math skills. .
