Title: Customer Service Rep I
Duration: Until 02/09/2011 (May be extended)
Location: Orangeburg, NY
Pay Rate: 11.00/hr

8 Full-time positions available - 2 shifts needed for 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m (Must be able to work one of these shifts)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Receive and place telephone calls 
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism 
- Must document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary 
- Responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner 
- Required to meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team; and identify and report trends in call drivers to management 
- Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures 

REQUIREMENTS:

- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) 
- 1 year computer and/or data processing experience needed 
- Bi-lingual ? Spanish/English preferred 
- Must possess excellent and professional communication skills, flexible, organized, attention to detail, able to work in a team environment, handle difficult customer situations, familiarity with PC and Windows software 
Ability to perform specific tasks based on established procedures

COMPENSATION/COMMENTS:

If an offer is made, a 7 year criminal background check and 10 panel drug screen is required. Candidates must pass both screening to be hired.

Must be a US CITIZEN or PERMANENT RESIDENT able to work W2 to qualify - unable to sponsor Visas at this time
