Qualifications:
* 3-5+ years front end web development experience, preferably for consumer focused community, entertainment, or e-commerce products.
Required Skills:
* XHTML (Expert): must be able to hand-code valid, semantic and accessible markup.
* CSS (Expert): must be able to create clean table-less layouts using only CSS for presentation.
* HTML (Expert): Must know how to troubleshoot legacy table based layouts.
* JavaScript: (Advanced/Expert): must be able to validate a form, manipulate CSS via the DOM, hand-code from scratch.
* PhotoShop (Intermediate): Ability to manipulate and optimize graphics.
* JSP and/or JSTL (Basic): Should be able to include files, create and reference variables, basic looping.
* Familiarity with SQL (Basic)
* Skills to integrate HTML/CSS front ends with backend systems -- i.e. Experience integrating front-end pages to server-side technologies such as JSP.
* Understanding of Web Accessibility and Standards Compliance
* User Interface/User Interaction experience
* Solid cross-platform and cross-browser development experience.
* Passion for and pride in your work.
* Problem-solving, proactive, and smart thinking. If there is an issue with the spec, you will tell us before you code to it. You're the kind of person who likes conceiving of a better way to do something, but who can compromise when existing technology interferes.
* Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills. Can set expectations and talk to the team about what you're working on. Can explain why you did something a certain way. Able to give and receive feedback in a friendly and professional manner. Able to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team.
* Excellent organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Efficient and flexible style, able to manage to aggressive deadlines.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, BS a plus.
Hours and Compensation:
* Full Time
* Commensurate with experience.
* In a remote locatino of your choosing (offshore).

iWin.com is looking for a creative, innovative front end developer with broad experience and a passion for creating world-class products. This person will be an implementer that is an expert in XHTML/CSS --someone that can take a visual layout of a web application, do the cut up, and implement a solution in XHTML/CSS/DHTML/JavaScript.Qualifications:
