Job Requirements
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Current valid LPN/LVN license with the State Board of Nursing. Meets all requirements of state regulatory agencies and Board of Nursing. Must meet all continuing education hours and education requirements. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Minimum six months work experience as an LPN/LVN or previous experience as a CNA in home health . Experience in home health or related health care field preferred.
